July Talk Bring Rock to Bunbury

With a mix of blues and alternative rock, Toronto natives, July Talk, formed in 2012 and really emphasize that two singers with polar-opposite voices can come together and make music.

The band consists of Leah Fay on vocals, Peter Dreimanis on vocals, Josh Warburton on bass, Ian Docherty on guitar, and Danny Miles on drums.

Fay’s angelic-pop sound infused with Dreimanis’ rich, rustic, baritone type sound is what makes the band differentiate from any other band.

As of 2017, July Talk has released one EP and two albums. The band has won a Juno Award for Alternative Album of the Year for 2017 and performed at the iHeart Radio Much Music Video Awards (MMVAs) in 2016.

July Talk has released one EP and two full-length albums, including their latest, “Touch” (2016). To promote their music, the band will be on tour this summer and will be making a stop on June 2nd at 3:00 on the Sawyer Point Stage for the Bunbury Music Festival.
