The “Renegade” and “Unsteady” rockers, X Ambassadors, will be going on a nationwide summer tour and will be hitting Cincinnati on June 3 during the Bunbury Music Festival.
The Brooklyn-based alternative rock band have been recently selling out shows due to their rising popularity over the past few years.
The band, who has been making music since 2009, were founded by alternative rock group, Imagine Dragons and are signed to the band’s record label.
Opening up for artists such as Imagine Dragons and Jimmy Eat World, X Ambassadors will be joining Muse on some of their tour and are making some stops at music festivals.
Their recent and third album, VHS, includes chart topping hits such as “Renegade” and “Unsteady.” It also features artists such as Imagine Dragons and Jamie N Commons.
The album is a collection of their journeys that they have taken with their friends and families. It has debuted at number 7 on the Billboard 200 charts and “Renegade” debuted at number at number 1 on the Hot AC Radio.
Throughout the years, they have also been featured with other artists such as Eminem, Zedd, and Skylar Gray.
Check out X Ambassadors at the festival on June 3. They will be performing at the Sawyer Point Stage at 6:30 p.m.
Three-day and V.I.P. tickets are sold out, but there are still single-day tickets are still available. Single-day tickets are $89.00 plus fees. Bunbury Music Festival will be held at Sawyer Point June 3-5.
This will be X Ambassadors second time at Bunbury. Although, they have been booked three times. Their van broke down on the way to the festival in 2013. They have come a long way since then. Check out a session that we recorded with them in 2014:
