4th Annual BrownGrass Festival in Rabbit Hash Saturday!

When is the last time you visited Rabbit Hash, KY?! Rabbit Hash is one of my favorite places in all of the tri-state. Grab some friends and your dancing shoes and head on down Saturday!

BrownGrass Festival donates all the proceeds to WNKU (89.7, 105.9 and 104.1 FM). WNKU is a non profit publicly funded station dedicated to broadcasting an adult album alternative format, featuring live disc jockeys, BBC, NPR, World Cafe and live musical guests in the studio on a regular basis. WNKU also features live music performances from musicians in their studio on their youtube site, www.youtube.com/user/WNKU and local cable outlets.

The festival will feature the heralded cuisine of the town's restaurant “The Scalded Hog”, drinks and a variety of vendors offering home ground coffees, jewelry, scents, crafts and more. The Rabbit Hash merchants (The General Store, The Mercantile, and a brand new store, Uncorked, will all be open to the public. A special basket containing CD's, tee shirts and other merchandise donated by the performing bands will be raffled at the end of the day. You do not need to be present to win.

Live music, however, is the focus of BrownGrass Festival. By popular request, this year's line-up features an exciting array of 20 of the areas most popular acts, including:
