Cincinnati songwriter, James Funk, breaks through with a new band, ‘Red Beards Revenge’, and a new LP ‘Jim Jimmy James’, recorded at Sol Records in Bright, Ind. Since forming RBR in 2011, James has honed in the sounds of older songs he has written and the newer sounds he has been performing. RBR spent the next year developing their sound and vision, and were eager to capture the change in the studio.

‘Jim Jimmy James’ is an 11 track LP that captures the raw and honest energy of Red Beards Revenge. These 11 tracks are united by a common theme: Jim Jimmy James interpreted as child, boy, man.
