Proceeds from the event benefit Santa Maria Community Services. SMCS is a non-profit agency on Cincinnati’s west side dedicated to empowering Price Hill and surrounding residents and families as they achieve sustainable health, housing, education, and family life. Services are provided to all ages ranging from prenatal care to older adult services at no cost to program participants. Santa Maria Community Services’ goal for Carnival The Day Away is first to be a fundraiser anchor each year, as well as create a strong tradition of both fun and educational programming in the Greater Cincinnati area.
