The Kilograms Set to Release Follow-Up 7" Next Month

Featuring New Jersey expat Sammy Kay - who now calls Cincinnati home - on vocals, guitar, piano and organ, Newport Secret Six member J Duckworth on guitar, vocals, and percussion, former Mighty Mighty Bosstones bassist Joe Gittleman on, you guessed it, bass, vocals, and guitar, and Michael McDermott, formerly of The Bouncing Souls and currently with Joan Jett & The Blackhearts on drums, The Kilograms are set to release a follow-up 7” to their critically acclaimed debut on September 14. You can listen to the first single danceable, easy going single here.

Even better, Rad Girlfriend Records will be releasing the 7” (which is almost halfway gone, by the way), along with some new merch. So you can walk around town jamming these new songs via Bandcamp whilst wearing a new Kilograms hoodie. What’s not to love?

Pre-order the 7” here, and check out the new merch designs below.

Wanna see the band and hear this live? You’re in luck, friends. They’ll be at The Pit inside The Mockbee on Tuesday, September 3 along with Atlanta’s New Junk City and Cincinnati’s Kappa Kappa. Let ‘em know you’re coming here, and make sure you bring your dancing shoes, yeah? Check out the flyer below.
