This Friday Tooth Lures a Fang, National Barks and Bear The Moon are taking over Fountain Square for Indie Fridays Powered by CincyMusic!

Tooth Lures a Fang is Zach Starkie, Katy Evers, Nic Pater, and John Kathman. They play dynamic garage rock with an emphasis on satisfying vocal harmonies and progressive elements to make them stand out from other garage rock bands. By focusing on intricate and thoughtful songwriting, they preserve a song's integrity over the tropes of the genre.

Bandmates Adam Brandt and Jeffrey Earl came up with the name "National Barks" to honor their first demo recordings as a newly created Cincinnati band. Each track unintentionally included Brandt's dogs barking in the background as pedestrians passed their practice space. Fortunately, the music matched the hounds' haunting howls, so the name stuck. With a retro, spooky vibe, National Barks explores a side of rock that will make you feel like you're riding along with the gang solving mysteries or watching a closeup shot of Uma Thurman's Feet. National Barks features Adam Brandt on guitar and vocals; Jeffery Earl on drums and vocals; and Nathan Stevens on bass.

Formed in the fall of 2022, Bear The Moon combines a widely influenced line up of midwestern musicians to create a refreshing indie alternative sound. Bear The Moon is Alex Karshner, Justin Ghamandi, Lawrence Cobb, and Travis Gray.
