Local favorites, Automagik have been touring the U.S. and are headed back to their hometown to play Urban Artifact on Thursday, January 28th!
Formed in 2010, Automagik recently released their Dark Daze EP via Old Flame Records. The EP was praised by Consequence of Sound and Interview Magazine, who said "known for blending edgy pop with upbeat rock 'n' roll, Automagik's latest single, 'Pop Kiss,' sonically illuminates the hazy propitiousness of summer, embellished with lyrics contemplating the folly of boundless love."

The band has also been featured on major networks such as MTV and ABC, and in mobile apps such as the All-Nighter’s “Rock Photographer.” Previous festival slots include SXSW, and MPMF (2), and Automagik has enjoyed supporting roles for national acts such as Foxy Shazam, Andrew W. K. and Surfer Blood.
