COIN are recent Belmont graduates and based in Nashville – they just released a brand new self-titled EP in February as the lead in to their debut self-titled album, which is due out on StarTime International (Foster the People, The Walkmen, Peter Bjorn and John) this June.
This month, COIN play dates with Passion Pit, and in June they’ll be heading out with Betty Who followed by a July tour with Neon Trees. Throughout the summer they’re also playing a number of festivals around the country including their Lollapalooza debut!
However, this Friday COIN will be headlining a show at Madison LIVE with Kid Runner and Technicolor Monster! Catch this band while you can at such an intimate venue. I have a feeling that this band is well on their to blowing up.
