Tender Mercies provides permanent housing to about 150 formerly homeless adults with mental illness. Its buildings and residents. They are located on 12th, Race and Elm streets in Over-the-Rhine.
The Taste of OTR will not only showcase food, but the art, music, shopping and people that make OTR the cultural center of Cincinnati. OTR has made strides in the past few years in becoming the heart of Cincinnati. If you haven’t been there in a few years, this is a great opportunity to come try out some of the best of the what the newly developed community has to offer.
