A cocktail of psychedelic guitar rock and songwriter sensibility, In the Pines is a five-piece band based in Clifton.The group is built upon the musical partnership of Charlie Horn (guitar) and Michael Shular (guitar/vocals), who started playing as In the Pines in April 2016. After the release of their LP Mirror of Evolution in August 2017, they enlisted the talent of Patrick Zopff (bass/vocals), and Graham Holthaus (alto saxophone/percussion).
