My Favorite Album is Terrible

with:
  • GrandAce

The Cincinnati Library launches its new, bi-weekly music show, “My Favorite Album is Terrible” at 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, on Facebook Live. While the show largely focuses on underappreciated albums by otherwise loved artists (all available for free with your Cincinnati Library card) the conversations also can be more general in nature, especially when the guests of a particular episode have exciting news to share about their goings-on. Viewers can add their thoughts in the comments section during each episode, as the host is answering questions and sharing links throughout.

Each episode features a special guest(s) who choose a record they feel never got a fair shake, and defend it against the world. We have a great list of guests lined up to chat with us ranging from current and former all-star library staff members, local musicians, and nationally recognized artists like Cincinnati-native Bryan Devendorf, drummer of the indie rock band The National, as well as the members of the Cincinnati rock band The Ophelias.

Additionally, to co-host these virtual events, the Cincinnati Library is proud to partner with CincyMusic, the best resource around for all music-related news on the local scene.
