Riverbend Music Center and PNC Pavilion are outdoor amphitheaters on the banks of the Ohio River. Known for being the summer's most popular music venues, their large footprint gives them the ability to host annual events such as The Vans Warped Tour, Rockstar Mayhem Festival, and the Country Throwdown Tour.

If nothing else, Rob Thomas is a consummate performer. Bringing his Chip Tooth Tour to PNC Pavilion on a beautifully cool spring evening, it seemed as though he and his band had been touring for several months instead of a week. The setlist was carefully honed, the band sounded tight and well-rehearsed and Rob, himself, was completely at ease with his dedicated fans.
