Braza Trio is comprised of pianist Thiago Camargo, bassist Kevin McClellan, and drummer Matt McAllister. Thiago is a native of São Paulo, Brazil and came to the United States to study jazz. Both Kevin and Matt found a passion for Brazilian music while living and studying in Brazil.

The group takes traditional Brazilian rhythms and compositions, as well as music from modern artists and performs in a style that crosses genres. They mix samba, baião, choro, and jazz style improvisation to create a interactive, yet traditional Brazilian sound.
