Jenn Jordan is the Co- Host of Jeff and Jenn Mornings on Q102. More than likely, you have been driving to work listening to her since 2002. Jenn is hilarious, hard-working, and a devoted mother.
We were thrilled to be able to sit down with Jenn about being a Woman Behind the Music in Cincinnati.
Everyone knows you from Q102. What are some things we may not know about you?
I played the drums and piano when I was a kid. I also took 11 years of tap dance lessons.
As a woman in Cincinnati music, do you feel that your gender has ever hindered your path? Do you feel that you must work harder to get your voice heard?
When my son was younger and newly diagnosed with autism, I was often exhausted and overwhelmed. That made it difficult to focus sometimes and I wasn't able to go to all the after-hours work events. I think all the mommy-hood things I had going on made it hard for me to keep up. But I think that can be an issue for any profession.
What women in music (or behind the music) do you admire?
Madonna. While I may not be a fan of all her music or all the theatrics, I respect the way she lives her life and manages her career on her terms. Strong, independent, creative and accepting of everyone.

What do you want people to take away with them when they think of you?
That I'm a devoted and loving mom who always likes to find the good in every situation.
