A Traumatic Christmas Show at Madison Live

Trauma Illinois, Millie Oliver & The Missing Pieces, Cut To The Chase, and Wendigo are ready to help you rock your way into the Holidays at Madison Live on Saturday, December 14th!

When Trauma Illinois takes the stage, the sheer intensity of sound instantly turns heads & moves feet. For fans of Led Zeppelin, Foo Fighters, Wolfmother, Dirty Honey, and Greta Van Fleet bring Trauma Illinois. 70’s inspired blues riffs, soaring three-part harmonies, & idiosyncratic songwriting encapsulates this eclectic trio’s unique pocket of rock & roll. Inspired by the legendary rock bands of the past & present, the band (Jack Johnson - lead vocals/bass, BB Jordan - lead guitar/vocals, Garrett Crider - drums/vocals) have embarked on an authentic quest to deliver timeless songs to generations of music lovers.

Millie Oliver & The Missing Pieces enchant rock's mythic roots with a timeless groove and some contemporary concepts. Millie weaves soulful melodies and lyrical mischief through The Missing Pieces, rollicking rhythms, and lush soundscapes, creating a musical tapestry that any listener could and should get lost in.

Cut To The Chase when Patrick & Kyle met in high school in 2018 and made plans to hang out after school to jam. They immediately started learning songs to cover, and Patrick began to discover his talent as a songwriter. Feeling inspired, they began to recruit more people to jam with them. They found Randy, a fellow classmate. She killed it on the drums and instantly meshed with the guys. From there the basement band trio was formed. They began creating arrangements and writing original music. Over the years, members had come and gone, and a handful of shows had been played. Randy made the switch over to keys and then came our singer Veda. One of Kyle’s friends from college, who had just made the move to Cincy for grad school. She elevated the group to another level and their original music came to life passionately. Our most recent addition is our new drummer Ian. He has brought a powerful energy and presence to the band as he continues to impress us with his drumming chops. The group of five has been playing together since the Summer of ‘23 and continues to write new songs and play shows.

Wendigo delivers loud, heavy grunge and alternative music, vocalist Parker Rolland bellows his loud and screeching lyrics over Anderson Byrd’s wailing lead guitar. River Collier lays down the smooth baseline while Alex Towner pounds the drums into time.
