Celebrate Her at Urban Artifact

Join Flight88 in celebrating Women's History Month with a concert featuring distinguished artists from the Cincinnati area and history's fiercest female composers. The evening will feature spoken word artist and singer Siri Imani alongside singer/pianist Jess Lamb, the women's vocal ensemble Heri et Hodie as well as award-winning classical pianist Jooyoung Kim. These diverse artists will present a powerful evening of music and poetry composed by women throughout the ages. The concert will close with an original by Jess Lamb featuring Siri Imani, joined on vocals by Heri et Hodie for an important message on the intrinsic beauty, power, and rightful space of all women.

The concert will take place on Saturday, March 23 at 5:00 PM in The Reliquary at Urban Artifact. This beautiful space was once the sanctuary of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in the gothic style. The upstairs is a sprawling event space while the downstairs is home to Cincinnati's award-winning fruit-tart brewery. Full bar service will be available upstairs during the concert and complimentary desserts are available for all to enjoy throughout.

Raffle tickets are available for purchase before the concert and during intermission for the chance to win a basket filled with locally handcrafted artisanal goods. 100% of all raffle proceeds will go toward the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati. The YWCA's mission statement declares:

The YWCA is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
