Barns Courtney is out on tour with Elle King and will perform at Bogart’s on Monday, April 29th! Courtney’s career exploded when his song, "Fire" was selected to be featured on the soundtrack for the Bradley Cooper starring film Burnt in 2015. The song stems from Courtney's beginnings, working in a computer store after being dropped from Island Records just before releasing an album. Starting over, Courtney rose like a phoenix on his debut EP The Dull Drums.
Barns Courtney has already surpassed 450 million cumulative streams globally –including nearly 200 million streams in the U.S. His debut album, The Attractions Of Youth, sold over 300,000 adjusted album units worldwide. It contained the Top 20 Alternative radio single “Golden Dandelions,” “Fire,” a Top 5 hit at Triple A radio and a Top 15 hit at Alternative, and “Glitter & Gold,” which topped the Spotify U.K. Viral Chart and entered the Top 5 at Triple A radio in the U.S. Named Artist of the Year at the Music Week Sync Awards 2018, his songs have been heard in films (The Founder, Burnt), television shows (“Suits,” “Lucifer,” Netflix’s “Safe”) and advertising campaigns (Showtime, Cadillac, Miller Lite).
