The fight for gender equality is important and continues because women continue to need validation of value, vision and voice. On March 3, 2018, AlivenArts will kick off the first ever – National Women’s History Month Festival! This is the first month-long, intentional program bringing the arts and women artists of all genres together in a month-long festival. Additionally, no programming of this kind has simultaneously celebrated another organization by gifting the proceeds. This year’s recipient is MUSE, Cincinnati’s Women’s Choir.
The National Women’s History Month Festival I Celebration begins on March 3 and the celebration will continue until the 18th – 5 unique and distinct events celebrating the artistry of women and the legacy of pioneering women.
