Go to a Record Store for Small Business Saturday

Saturday is Small Business Saturday! You know what that means, right? Get your ass to an independently owned record store. Get everyone on your list a record or just buy yourself something nice. You deserve it, you put up with your family on Thanksgiving.

Cincinnati is one of the lucky cities to have a plethora of independently owned record stores. Back in April, we learned about the origins of Shake It Records, Mole’s Record Exchange, and Everybody’s Records. You should stop at all three on Saturday. While you are at it, also add to your list Phil’s Records, Plaid Records, Black Plastic, Herzog Music, C&D Record Bar, Another Part of the Forest, Hail Dark Aesthetics, Jet Age Records, MetaModern Music, Earworm Records, Torn Light, and Morrow Audio Records. What is your excuse? Most everything in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky is 20 minutes away from each other. Do it!

Do you need a map? Of course you do. You can find that at The Cincy Vinyl Trail. No excuses now! Report back on what you got!
