For their latest 45 single, Soul Step Records partners with Nashville’s The Nobility for their first ever vinyl release. Fresh off the success of their latest album, Ashford Castle, The Nobility shares an album favorite “Wonderful Night” with a special never before released track, “Retrograde Amnesia.”
The Nobility has booked multiple nation-wide tours, been featured in TV and film, a commercial for Meijer Supermarkets, and have been featured on NPR’s All Songs Considered. They have also been the subject of a children’s book, which spawned a six-week tour of public libraries.
Using an old reel-to-reel machine, The Nobility have taken the three-minute pop framework that has defined their earlier releases and further trimmed the bonsai leaves, leaving the listener with sing-along worthy tunes that will feel at home on your next great road trip.
The limited to 100 variant from Soul Step Records and The Nobility is SALTED CARAMEL Vinyl. This vinyl color was inspired during a dinner at Cincinnati’s SOTTO restaurant while Soul Step owner Melvin Dillon was enjoying dessert.
