The project of Jason Narducy (the bassist in the Bob Mould Band and Superchunk, formerly of seminal Chicago bands Verboten and Verbow), Split Single are touring in support of their new album, Metal Frames, out now on Inside Outside Records. The album also features Wilco bassist John Stirratt and drummer Jon Wurster. On Wednesday, April 19th they are stopping at The Southgate House Revival!

According to Josh Terry of The Chicago Tribune, “Jason Narducy has one of the best resumes in not just local (Chicago) rock ’n’ roll, but the entire genre itself. After all, Nirvana drummer and Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl credits Narducy with inspiring him to get into music in the first place—and that was when Narducy was 12, playing guitar in the scrappy Chicago punk band Verboten.”

Split Single are playing with R.Ring, and Bicentennial Bear. It’s a FREE show!
