Cincinnati's first underground music festival, Ubahn Fest, will return to the tunnel of Cincinnati's Riverfront Transit Center Friday, Oct. 16 from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Saturday, Oct. 17 from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.
The second annual, two-day festival of Hip-Hop and EDM (Electronic Dance Music) is presented by Self-Diploma, Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and social intelligence agency AGAR.
The festival, which is located between Third Street and West Pete Rose Way, will feature both locally and regionally acclaimed artists and live performances across two stages. Ubahn Fest pays homage to Cincinnati's rich German heritage, as the word "U-bahn" directly translates to "metro transit station," according to a press release.
Early bird tickets go on sale Thursday, and are $10 for one night or $15 for two nights. Ticket prices will increase on May 10, and will continue to increase until October. Limited two-day VIP passes are available for $100. VIP passes allow access to optimal VIP locations at the event, as well as event entry on both nights. Tickets are available at www.ubahnfest.com.
