The inductees for the 2013 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame were announced yesterday:
· Heart
· Albert King
· Randy Newman
· Public Enemy
· Rush
· Donna Summer
The 2013 Induction ceremony will take place on Thursday, April 18, 3013 at The Nokia Theatre at L.A. Live in Los Angeles. You can watch the ceremony live on HBO at 9pm ET/PT.
The inductees were chosen by more than 500 voters via mail ballot. In order to be eligible for an induction the artist must have released their first single at least 25 years prior to the nomination. View the official press release here.
