Midpoint Music Festival is accepting submissions for consideration as of today. Artists can submit via Sonicbids HERE.

Competition for performance slots is expected to be higher than ever as a result of the festival’s continued success and exposure.

Last year’s festival, MPMF’s 10th anniversary and its most successful to date, included 185 artists performing across 18 stages for 23,000 fans, the introduction of the MidPoint Midway, a box truck festival, a poster expo, artist in the rounds, day time programming and more.

“Last year’s 10th anniversary MidPoint Music Festival talent reached a high water mark,” said Dan McCabe, MPMF’s executive producer. “The MPMF staff, sponsors, partners, volunteers, local music scene and the historic Over the Rhine neighborhood are aligned to thank those area music fans with a 2012 festival that is unparalleled in this region.”

Plans for MPMF.12 are centered around a continually concentrated yet expanding footprint in downtown Cincinnati’s historic Over the Rhine neighborhood, more all ages programming, dynamic sponsorships, and of course, artist access to a highly-energized and appreciative crowd of music loving fans.

How to Submit for Consideration
Using the Sonicbids online submission system, prepare an electronic press kit (EPK), including band bio, photos, press, and a minimum of three (3) original songs. The early submission deadline is March 31, and the final deadline for consideration is May 11.
