The Neutral Sound consists of two members, Matthew Lucas, and Justin DuVall. Both hailing from Dayton, moved to Cincinnati to focus on their music career. Matthew Lucas has been singing since he was 15 years old, as he was always passionate about music. Justin DuVall, a jack of all trades, has played the cajon for a couple of years. Both met through fate, and will continue to make music together for a long, long time!
