Ohio based artist ADRL (pronounced Ay-dree-EL) discovered his love for music early on at the age of 12. After several years of experience, he began to craft a versatile, relatable and unique style, developing a focus for the music; to inspire and motivate. Combined with the ability to mix, master, write, and produce, the most recent project entitled "Ridin' Musick Vol. 1" shows off ADRL’s diverse range of skills. His influences range all the way from Jay-Z, Outkast, and D'angelo, to Jimi Hendrix, Hiatus Kaiyote, and Prince. Peers have said ADRL’s sound is in the likes of some of today’s top artists, such as J Cole, Wiz Khalifa, Curren$y, Larry June, and more.
On a quest for independence, the lyricist and several of his friends have started a new movement; PDG (AKA Pretty Damn Good). Made to form an umbrella for creatives to be able to express and release their art under the same attitude as the ones who inspired them. This new movement has brought forth opportunities for live performances, as well as merchandising and other artist collaborations. "Beats n Brunch" was the successful monthly PDG-hosted event held at Revel Urban Winery in 2019. Surrounding this monthly residency, ADRL has been booked at several other music venues, including The Mockbee, Arts On The Ave, Thompson House, The Drinkery, Southgate House Revival, and others around Cincinnati, Ohio’s live music scene.
