In the early years, drummer, Randy Clark, and guitarist/vocalist, Kyler Davis, formed a strong relationship based solely on a mutual love for music. After developing their abilities further, they recruited another long time friend and bassist, Domonic Franco. As a 3-piece, Misnomer established themselves and their individualistic sound. The band added fourth member and producer, Logan Brown, after collaborating with him to independently record and release their first full length album that is now steaming on Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music, and Soundcloud.

Misnomer has played the Cincinnati circuit for roughly four six until recently picking up momentum. With the successful independent release of their first full-length self-titled album in 2016, they plan on taking their sound to new destinations.
