Cincinnati-based songwriter Advait Redkar has been performing with various groups since 2016. After the world came to a sudden halt, he started writing and recording solo-project songs during the Covid-19 pandemic. His love of contemporary and vintage pop music shines through his guitar-driven, emotional songs. After a late 2021 release of his debut EP, Dancers In Space, he expanded his musical horizons to include more dense instrumentation on new music. His recent live-video release series, Live At The Monastery, features a four-member string section, full band, and backup singers from various pockets of the local music scene. His upcoming plans include releasing singles from a follow-up EP release slated for September 2022, and a debut full-band live show.
