The Killers Play Bunbury Music Festival

One of the world’s most elevated rock bands of the 21 Century, The Killers, will be hitting the road this summer and may be coming out with new material by the end of the year or beginning of next.

Their tour started in January and will continue throughout the summer making stops all over the U.S. and making their way to a few cities in Canada as well. On Friday June 3, The Killers will be performing at the Bunbury Music Festival at Sawyer Point for the first time. 

This will be the second time The Killers have made a stop to the Queen City within the last 5 years. Last time they came to Cincinnati was three years ago to a sold out show at the Horseshoe Casino. 

After selling millions of albums and selling out stadiums worldwide, The Killers are working on new music.  They have been working with Elton John for their fifth studio album and rumor has it that they also having been working with Lady Gaga and One Republic front man, Ryan Tedder.

Known for songs such as “Mr. Brightside,” “All These Things That I’ve Done,” “When You Were Young,” and “Runaways,” The Killers have received multiple Grammy nominations and have won multiple awards including two Brit Awards and a World Music Award for Best Selling New Group in 2005.

They have also sold out Madison Square Garden three times and have headlined some of the most notorious summer festivals including Lollapalooza and Coachella.

The Killers will be performing at the Yeatman’s Cove Stage at the Bunbury Music Festival at 9:30 p.m.  V.I.P. tickets and three-day passes are all sold out. Single day tickets for the festival are $89.00 plus Ticketmaster fees.
