Cougar Ace is a genre melting duo, with influences from blues, hard rock and folk. Birthed in 2009, the band has been winning over fans and lonely drifters throughout the Midwest. Joel was born in Park Ridge, Illinois. He played viola, piano and banjo before picking up the guitar.
