Beginning with her sister act on Cincinnati’s own WLW radio station in the 1940s and culminating in a legendary career as a 20th century singer of popular music and jazz, Rosie’s star status and famously big heart made her a leading lady in the music world and in her hometown of Maysville, Kentucky.
