Admissions and parking:
Patrons are advised to park along Central Avenue and then cross Central Parkway at the crosswalk to the main Central Parkway entrance of The Mockbee.
There will be 3 admissions stations for orderly entry into The Mockbee:
-Station 1: Please present your pre-purchased event ticket or exchange your pre-purchased Eventbrite ticket for an event ticket. You may also purchase an event ticket at this station if you have not done so already.
-Station 2: Please present a valid ID. If you fail to present a valid ID, or are under the age of 21, both hands and your ticket stub will be marked with Xs in permanent marker.
-Station 3: Present your ticket. Your ticket stub will be torn off, and you will receive a CD copy of "Come On! Come On!" (while supplies last)

How can I purchase a ticket?
You may purchase a ticket from any member of ROOM FOR ZERO or online via Eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/room-for-zero-album-release-party-tickets-25583795822. Note: if you purchase online you MUST bring your printed Eventbrite ticket and exchange it at admissions Station 1 for an event ticket. Tickets will also be available for sale at the doors at admissions Station 1.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This event is open to all ages. However, anyone under the age of 21, or anyone who does not present a valid ID proving that they are 21+, will have both hands and their ticket stub marked with X's in permanent marker, and under no circumstances may consume alcoholic beverages at the event. Security will check IDs at the doors and will remove patrons in violation of these rules.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Patrons are advised to park on Central Avenue and cross Central Parkway at the crosswalk to the main Central Parkway entrance of The Mockbee. The crosswalk is at the intersection of Central Avenue and Central Parkway. Please be aware of all posted parking laws and requirements.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event if I purchased online?
You MUST bring your printed Eventbrite ticket to the event to exchange for an event ticket at Station 1 of the door admissions.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds are available.
