Jeremy Joyce is a Songwriter-Guitarist-Singer from Philadelphia. Joyce got his start in the nineties playing electric guitar in post-punk bands. Later Joyce would go on to play lead guitar for Philadelphia indie-folk singer-songwriter Adam Arcuragi. After splitting with Arcuragi Joyce met Laurie Pickard and formed The Fence Bells, a country-folk band. The Fence Bells released an EP and an Album produced by Brian McTear that received warm reviews and international radio play. After the Fencebells, Joyce moved to Brooklyn and played solo shows around his new town town in such venues as The Living Room, Rockwood Music Hall, and Goodbye Blue Monday. In 2009 he wrote and recorded original music for a film in which fellow Brooklyn musician Sharon Van Etten sang the theme. In 2011, Joyce completed his Debut EP “The By and By”, which again received national and international radio play. Joyce currently lives in St. Louis Missouri, where he has completed a full length album.
