Coming from the small town of Harrison Ohio David "Wyte gold" Hall was introduced into the rap game by his pops "Alan Alcatraz Smith". (08/11/1975-06/07/2009) David has been honing his craft since the age of 14. White Gold Signed to 'Unruly Records' at the age of 16 and within the next 2 years was featured on Tha U Vol.2, THA INCOME TAX SEASON mix tape, Completed his own debut album Diezel Fuel and Worked with various local artists. Described as hype but at the same time deep, it is hard to place Wyte Gold into a specific category of rap. In 2007 Wyte Gold was ripped away from the industry due to legal issues. Wyte Gold made his way back into the game In late 2010 entering into an open mic competition at Club Cabo. "I never stopped doing music, I focused more on getting right for a few years. I got my Beat game up, Worked on my delivery and my swag" Says Wyte, "Why Would I Want to put out some music that aint all the way 100%? Thats whats wrong with the game now people puttin out fuck shit." Wyte gold ended up in the final 4 at Cabo But the bar ended up giving the artists the run around when time came to pay up. White has recently done work with Full house Ent. Maintains a running relationship with his "family" Over The Top ENt(Unruly Recordz) and is scheduled to release his mixtape "NO FEAR" On May 19 2011. You can find Wyte Gold every tuesday at the Mad Frog in Clifton.
