Tower of Silence began as a solo project created by Xander in 2002. In February of 2008 Xander decided to make TOS a full fledged band. He picked up good friends Johnny B and Danny D. After about 2 years of defining themselves as a band they added Anna B on the keys to give their sound depth. Phil V was recently added to bring in the low notes on the bass.
Chances are that if you can relate the music to something else you've heard TOS has probably been influenced by that same idea, positively
