While searching for artistic outlets in the isolation of higher education, two local musicians bonded in their drive to create instrumental metal music blended with contemporary jazz stylings. MOUNT ECHO is a band from Cincinnati, OH founded by Nick Triantos and Jacob Hagedorn. “If Pat Metheny played with Animals as Leaders,” is a close approximation of their sound. MOUNT ECHO will be releasing their debut EP Late 2020!
