Always taking advantage of good opportunities, Mabry has played the Standard Hotel in Hollywood for the Desert Nights Concert Series, the Sunday Writers Showcase at the Bluebird Café in Nashville and was even named a finalist in the John Francis and John Carter Cash Songwriting Competition at the one and only Johnny Cash Cabin. This summer Mabry recorded with the legendary producer John Carter Cash (son of Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash) and Ken Coomer (drummer for Wilco) at The Johnny Cash Cabin Studio.
