Promotional Guidelines

CincyMusic.com Promotional Guidelines

Promotions on or involving CincyMusic.com must comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, CincyMusic.com's terms of service, privacy policy, advertising guidelines, and any applicable lottery or sweepstakes laws. The use of the CincyMusic.com logo without prior written consent is not permitted. 

All promotions on CincyMusic.com must be facilitated by a site administrator unless agreed to in writing. CincyMusic.com must be released of all liability with regard to the contest. Any prize or award is being fulfilled by a sponsor and is the sole responsibility of that sponsor to deliver such prize or award. CincyMusic.com only serves as the tool by which the promotion is being facilitated. 

No purchase or payment may be necessary to enter to win, nor will any purchase or payment improve the odds of winning any contest or promotion. All contests/promotions are void where prohibited by law and where applicable state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. All entrants must be at least 18-years of age. Sponsor employees, their immediate family members and individuals involved in any aspect of the contest/promotion are not eligible. One winner per household. Any/All disputes related to any contest/promotion will be covered by Kentucky law, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction thereof by Kentucky's courts. Accept where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize constitutes agreement for the sponsor and CincyMusic, LLC to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state, for advertising purposes, in all forms of media without compensation. 

All information collected from any contest is the property of CincyMusic.com and may not be distributed to any third party as part of our privacy policy. Contests may be facilitated where an opt-in field to share information is included. In those cases only the information that the entrant agreed to provide via the terms of that contest will be transferred.
