Tonefarmer, Flying Underground & Pop Empire at Northside Tavern

Saturday night at Northside Tavern is looking to be the place to be. Three bands that know how to party will be playing in the heart of Northside. Make sure you take a nap after your Record Store Day shopping because you will be up dancing late unto the night.

About Tonefarmer, “Their work seems to float between upbeat, easy pop and more intense, at times haunting, songs. The lyrics are emotive and heartfelt…the catchy lines will rattle in your head days after hearing them.” - Alisha Woolery - Cincinnati Enquirer

Singer/songwriter/guitarist, Brian Lovely, lost his voice to a neurological curse, and went in search of a singer. Enter Kelly McCracken. The result is power trio + kick ass singer, otherwise known as Flying Underground.

Pop Empire was originally formed in 2009 by Henry Wilson and Cameron Cochran as a duo. The band now consists of Wilson (on bass and lead vocals) along with Ryan Back (guitar) and Jake Langknecht (drums).
