Red, White & BOOM: July 4th at Riverbend

The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra will perform its annual Fourth of July bash at Riverbend Music Center’s Corbett Pavilion on Saturday, July 4 at 8 p.m. with a patriotic selection featuring classic songs followed by a Rozzi’s fireworks show. 

Conductor John Morris Russell will lead Orchestra and audience in classics such as “The Star-Spangled Banner” and “Let Freedom Ring.” Special guest Aoife O’Donovan, who made her Pops debut in January as part of the popular American Originals program and has performed “Thursday’s Child” and “Glowing Heart” on NPR will perform alongside Nmon Ford, the May Festival Chorus, and USO Show Troupe.

With a line-up of patriotic tunes such as “Battle Hymn of the Republic” and “This Land is Your Land,” the annual celebration kicks off Independence Day with a myriad of local and national talent.

Tickets for this concert start at $15 for adults and are still available and can be purchased via the Pops Box office by calling (513) 381-3300 or visiting Tickets are $5 for active military. Kids 17 and under sit free on the lawn with a purchase of an adult ticket.

In addition to a fabulous concert at Riverbend with fireworks, Red, White & Boom ticketholders receive free admission to Coney Island’s classic rides all day on July 4th!
