S.M. Wolf Play Northside Tavern

Indianapolis psych-power-poppers S.M. Wolf are hitting the road for a weekend with Louisville's Ted Tyro.  The two bands will be playing together with Cincinnati's Leggy at Northside Tavern on Friday, May 15th.

This show is just one in a series of mid-western weekend gigs that S.M. Wolf will be going on in support of their new cassette Canine Country Club, released earlier this month on Jurassic Pop Records.  The cassette itself is a split-release, with fellow Indianapolis band Faux Paw taking the other side.

S.M. Wolf began in 2013 as a solo recording project of Amo Joy's Adam Gross but quickly flourished into a four-piece tight-knit family band.

Their debut, self-titled, EP was chosen by Indy alt-weekly NUVO as one of the top 100 Indiana albums of all time. The EP was a solo-recording by Gross that NUVO described as consisting of "twee, psych and folk throughout (the) lush pop landscape".
