Who are Queen City Silver Stars? You most likely already know the majority of the band as they are comprised of Mark Becknell (Frontier Folk Nebraska, Josh Eagle & The Harvest City), Nicholas Mavridoglou (The Mitchells), Dusty Bryant (Chardez) and Matt Flynn! The Queen City Silver Stars are united with the hopes of bringing the uplifting sounds of the Caribbean to the Cincinnati area. 

They combine Soca, Calypso, Reggae and other world styles into their own original songwriting ending with a sound all their own!  Queen City Silver Stars are working on a new full-length album (due out in a few weeks!) at Cappel Recording in Cincinnati, OH. Stay tuned for details on the release.

If you have not been to Barrio Tequileria in Northside yet, you are missing out. The food is stellar and the patio is one not to be topped in Cincinnati.
