Featuring the combined forces of 23-year-old Mike Kerr (vocals, bass) and 25-year-old Ben Thathcher (drums), Royal Blood produces a HUGE sound of ferocious drumming and bass. Influences heard in their sound include Queens of the Stone Age, Black Keys, White Stripes, Led Zeppelin, Death From Above 1979, etc. Already taking off overseas where they've supported Arctic Monkeys and Interpol, the duo is already enjoying high early praise from the UK music press, including NME, Kerrang!, The Guardian, Zane Lowe, and more. Royal Blood put out their debut EP Out Of The Black earlier this year, Their self-titled debut album drops on August 25th via Warner Bros. Records.

Royal Blood has performed at South by Southwest in Austin, Texas in March 2014; at Liverpool Sound City festival and at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend in Glasgow in May; and at Download Festival and Glastonbury Festival in June. You can catch them at The Taft Ballroom with Valley of the Sun on Saturday!
