You Can Still Help Bob Cushing

Bob Cushing is easily the hardest working musician in Cincinnati. Bob earns his living by playing 300 club dates a year for over the past 20+ years. I think I can safely say that if you have not seen Bob Cushing play, you may not be a real Cincinnatian. According to his song 'Middle Aged Crazy,' "I'm no American Idol, no flavor of the hour. One thing I'm sure of - I got stayin' power".

Bob recently went under the knife for major surgery. He was unable to work for about a month. As a self-employed musician with no insurance, you can imagine the medical bills. A benefit was held on July 29th at Legend's Night Club in Cheviot. Bands such as Sonny Moorman Group, Robin Lacy and Dezydeco, Dallas Moore, Chuck Brisbin and The Tuna Project, Kenny Cowden, Cheryl Renee, Kelly Thomas, and Rock Candy were there for the cause.

If you were unable to attend, and want to donate, you can still do so at any 5/3 Bank under Bob Cushing's name. We will keep you posted of any future benefits.
