Music & Events Management Inc (MEMI) just announced that the Ballroom at the Taft Theatre will be the newest 500 cap venue to open it's doors in Cincinnati. The first few shows will be announced on Monday, and will take place starting this March. MEMI owns Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, and The Taft Theatre.

“The addition of live events in the Ballroom at the Taft is just a continuation of our overall goal of improving the Taft Theatre as a whole.  Which in turn will help improve the cultural & economic development of the city of Cincinnati,” said MEMI CEO Mike Smith. ”We’re looking forward to presenting a great variety of shows that might otherwise skip this market, and to continuing the Taft’s terrific relationship with downtown Cincinnati.”
