He spent the majority of his childhood on the Westside of the city in the English Woods housing projects. At the age of 9, he watched the movie Krush Groove for the very first time and after seeing LL Cool J's hunger and passion while he was rapping when he auditioned for Def Jam, at that very moment he fell in love with the art of Hip Hop and knew that when he got older he wanted to rap for a living. After seeing all the harsh realities of a typical kid growing up in a housing project, Jagg needed something to do with his time other than running around the neighborhood and at the age of 12 thats when he decided he would focus all his energy towards writing raps. So he picked up a notepad and his journey began. Always a shy and quiet kid he would write raps to his self and practice in the mirror but didn't tell anyone what he was up to. At the age of 15 he finally got his courage up and entered the studio with friends from the neighborhood and recorded for the first time. After that studio session he was determined to get better and in the middle of the year 2002 he finally got his opportunity to display his talents, he linked up with a bunch of fellow rappers from his neighborhood and all over the city of Cincinnati, OH and they formed a Wu-Tang like rap supergroup entitled "Merk Gang." With such a big group the process of making an compilation album was harder than they all anticipated due to all the different egos, guys getting incarcerated and going through different situations of life. In the midst of the process of creating this album, in the year 2008, Jagg and a childhood friend decided it would be best to branch off and do their own thing and start their own group which they named themselves P.O.P. They got to work fast in the studio at their own pace and in the same year they released an album entitled "The Leak." during the year. In the fall off of that same year he had a wake up call
that would change his life forever, he was a victim of a shooting in
which he survived 2 gunshot wounds and while laying in a hospital
bed he decided when he got out the hospital he would take music
more serious than he did before. He vowed to his self that he would
rap from the heart and whatever was on his mind instead of writing
his raps anymore. With so many others in "Merk Gang" it was kind of
hard to shine the way he wanted to, so he and his childhood friend
that was also a rapper in the group decided they should just focus on
P.O.P instead of trying to do both. They would later go on to release 2
joint albums "Perfect Timing" which was released in 2011 and
"Above The Hustle Beyond The Game" which was released in 2013
under Hustleonian Entertainment. After a brief hiatus, Jagg took time
off of rapping to focus more on the important things in his life such as
focusing on his self and raising his two children, Mikael Snell, age 10
and Lauren Snell, age 6. Mainly he had to take time to get his
thoughts together on what would be his next move whether to give up
the mic for a regular 9 to 5 job to support his family or keep going full
throttle. He eventually decided that he wouldn't give up without
giving it one more shot and the led him to believe that this time it
would be best for his career to go solo and control his own destiny,
and to start his own label in which he named "Truski Muzik Group"
(TMG). In a short period of time he completed his first solo mixtape

entitled "Spit That Shit" Hosted by Master Fresh which was just
recently released earlier this year. He is currently working on his first
street album entitled "Tha Introduction" which is slated to be released
this summer.
