It is worth noting 222 is a member of the P.T. Barnum bloodline. Legend has it that after a 2,000 mile canoe journey from Pittsburgh to New Orleans, an individual with surgically implanted vampire teeth told him he was the reincarnation. Only time will tell...

~ProFound~
ProFound is a Cincinnati producer/rapper dripping in synths, strings, and soul. The musical landscapes he creates via both his production and rhymes are smooth yet aggressive; familiar yet new; subtle yet striking. As an artist both behind and in front of the music, his sound has become it's own behemoth, a true chimera of sorts. Meshing together many different influences and emotions, Pro has taken the feeling of the east coast classics and merged them with something new, something else entirely.
As a founding member of the rap label Khimera Records, ProFound has grown his fanbase organically with multiple releases over the past year. Early in 2016 found the collaborative effort, "ProMo", with fellow labelmate Monty C. Benjamin garnering praise for the Khimera-signature production and their sharp back-and-forth rhymes. The comparisons to A Tribe Called Quest were inevitable. But it is his latest opus, the "Adrian Pierce Experience", that shows ProFound stepping out into the musical abyss. Entirely self produced and deeply personal cover to cover, "APE" was the project fans wanted, and garnered much praise from local and regional blogs.
ProFound's ability to write impactful and intimate songs that shine light into the listener's own experience is his greatest skill. Being able to score the soundtrack to it isn't too shabby a talent, either. Pro is like a close friend with the life stories to relate to your own, with the ability to articulate and captivate, and to make you laugh, cry and everything in between. The art of storytelling is what he brings to the world via his music.

Most of Monty’s lyrics are an expression of what it’s like to be from the Midwest with every odd set against them, to be inside of a city where there aren't too many people you can name that made it out and got successful in the music business. Numerous blogs refer to his music as thoughtful, introspective, raw, confident, earnest, energetic, and intense but still possesses laid-back/mellow, literate, nostalgic, reflective, smooth, feel at times. His music has a certain appeal to it where all parties involved can enjoy, from hipster teens and college kids to blue collar workers alike. With the progress of future projects being released he intends to show growth sonically also skill wise because as far as lyrics are concerned he is a man of many styles, approaches and creativity.
