Fred Benz

Spending life behind bars as a teen became a life lesson and wake up call for Freddie T aka Fred Benz. By way of Cincinnati, and now known respectfully as a rapper/producer, Freddie t centers his craft on Hip-Hop that can change the world. His voice, remnant of Yelawolf with a flow like Andre 3000 combined with Travis Porter, thumps with star quality, hardcore buoyancy and southern charm. Since the age of 12, Freddie T exercised his knack for music hoping to relate to his audience through his own mistakes and experiences. By 16, he created a jingle for P&G Pringles. In 2007 Freddie T founded Gold Mind Media Group, a entertainment company based out of Cincinnati which he runs alomost solely alone to deliver himself through media in all outlets, having landed two placements for upcoming film "At The Top of The Pyramid" scheduled to release summer 2012. Not bad for a 20-year-old once in and out of trouble, and with no mixtapes under his belt. Freddie T has recently set sights on releasing his first mixtape titled "The Cost of Living" in late March, which he will do more then have of the producing along with other local producers in the Cincinnati area.Fred Benz prides himself on letting his art speak only, without need to boast or brag. A very humble approach after being influenced by his cousin and local rapper, J Gram. Freddie T works everyday to be an icon, and with expectations so high, how could he fail?
