Using the following form, you can set up an advertisement to run on cincymusic.com. Just complete all required fields for your advertisement. We will start your ad as soon as we review your ad and receive your check or PayPal confirmation.

Please note that we need 24-48 hours from the time we confirm payment to setup your account if you have requested that we design your ad banner. If you are providing your ad banner and are paying with PayPal, your ad will be live in as little as 5 minutes! If you are sending a check via postal mail, it will usually reach us within 2 days. Once your check clears, we will begin your advertising campaign. Please do not request that your ad begins today if you are sending a check.

Advertising Form Instructions

General Information
We need the following information from you: your name, address, city,state, zip code, phone number and email address. All of this information will remain private, and will not be given or sold to anyone outside of Cincinnati Music Online.

Ad Exposure Information
We need to know how long you wish to advertise on our site. Please select one of our packages, or if you are interested in more than 12 weeks of advertising, contact us using our contact form.

Payment Method
We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards via PayPal for payment. For faster attention, you may want to make your payment using the PayPal service, a leader in e-commerce on the web. Clients using PayPal will receive immediate attention and have their ad posted as soon as your payment is verified.

Ad Location
You can get a banner ad to us one of the following ways:

Option 1: Put it somewhere on the Web and submit a URL. The URL should be something like http://www.yoursite.com/mybanner.gif.

Option 2: Email your ad directly to us. Just reply to your confirmation email with the file(s) attached..

Option 3: Have us create a banner for you. In the space provided, tell us details that you would like to include in your ad.

For example, if you were advertising for a specific event, you would want to tell us the artists involved, the date, time, venue, etc. You can also provide us with a color scheme, a general mood for the ad, or any other details you want to include in the ad.

Ad Target
You need to give us a URL that clicks on your banner ad will lead to. The URL must be complete, including 'http://' (e.g. http://www.yoursite.com, not www.yoursite.com).
